ANTWERP 2025

We’re still deeply moved by all the love and support we received after this year’s Pink Duck Race. It was our third edition in Antwerp (and the sixth Pink Duck Race in total), and despite the rain and grey skies, so many of you showed up, cheered with us, and shared your joy. The atmosphere was magical — full of laughter, hope, and Pink Ducks floating toward a brighter future.
Some of our previous winners even returned, simply to be there and show their support. It was emotional, unforgettable.
But nothing could have prepared us for the moment we found out who had won this year. Over the past two years, we’ve seen just how powerful it can be to adopt a Pink Duck — not only for yourself, but also for someone else. As a gift, a gesture of love, a sign that you’re thinking of them. And this year again, one name kept coming up. So many ducks, sent with so many messages of courage, hope, and solidarity. And this year… she won.
Tinneke, a courageous woman, received duck after duck, message after message, from friends, colleagues, and loved ones. And when we gave her the news, she said: “I’m floating on a pink cloud right now — never expected this. It’s been over a year of nothing but bad news, and now this. It’s a gift in the middle of a dark time. I haven’t stopped smiling.” — Tinneke
That’s why we do this. That’s why we created the Pink Duck Race. To raise awareness. To bring people together. To offer support and hope to those who need it most.
Together with Think Pink Belgium, Think Pink Europe, Antwerp Port Epic, and all our incredible partners, this edition became something truly special. And we’re not stopping. We’re building forward, both nationally and internationally, to reach more people, create more connections, and make a real difference. There are still so many people who deserve a reason to smile again, and to keep smiling for a long, long time.
